Refund policy

All sales are final. Freedom Finds USA does not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us at freedom.finds.usa1776@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for 10 days, contact us and we'll help.
